Planning for our Future
Maurice Diamond, our new
Chairman, wants to let the
community know about his
plans for the future of the
community.
There will be a number of
working teams set up to look
into how we do things at
CNSS and how we might do
things differently in the
future. The core of each
team will be members who are
already involved in a
particular activity. For
example, the Wardens Team
will be led by Richard
Silver as the HO Warden and
will comprise volunteer
wardens from Hadley Wood,
Cockfosters and Southgate.
There will be a Children and
Youth Team which will
comprise those who are
currently involved in
activities and services for
children and youth.
And Simon Goulden is setting
up the Southgate 2020
Project - this project will
be all about supplying the
right services in the right
time for the right cost to
the community. The project
will be examining the
demographics of the
community and looking into a
number of potential options
for the future.
